Chocolate Brown Guest Book and Pen Set

This set is covered in brown satin.  The 4" pen base and 10" x 6.5" guest book cover is decorated with brown satin knotted ribbon.  The pen is silver with black ink. The guest book has 30 two-sided pages.

The front of the first page reads: "This is the Keepsake of ____ On the occasion of _____ On this the ____ day of ____ in the year ____." The back of the first page is blank.  The next 29 pages are for signatures -- the front and back of each page has the header "Guests" and 10 blank lines.  This book fits 580 signature lines total.  Also available in aqua.
