Maximum character limits does include spaces, please do not go over the maximum character limits. Napkins are personalized using hot foil printing. They are not laser/machine engraved.
For dinner napkin personalization, please follow these steps:
Step 1 of 4:Type the desired napkin color in the "Napkin Color" box. Colors include:
- White
- Ivory
- Bordeaux
- Red
- Navy Blue
- Black
- Pink
- Mariana Blue
- Purple
Step 3 of 4:
Decide on personalization wording.
Top Row Customization (20 Characters Maximum) Bottom Row Customization (20 Character Maximum)Important Note: Capital Letters take up 1.5 character spaces.
Maximum character limits include spaces, so please do not go over the maximum character limits as it will delay production of your order. Please count the number of characters yourself to avoid delays. Please type exactly as you would like to see personalized. If we receive all lower case, we will change to the following:
- mary and john = Mary and John (This is 14 characters, caps are 1.5 characters, and don't forget.....spaces count too)
- let's party now = Let's Party Now (This is 16.5 characters)
If in all CAPS, in most cases personalization will not fit. We will print all CAPS if possible, otherwise, it will be changed to:
- MARY & JOHN = Mary & John
- LET'S PARTY NOW = Let's Party Now
Personalization is done in a hot foil printing process, it is
not laser or machine engraved.
**Black print - This is hot stamping printing. black foil print will NOT be
pitch black like laserjet pint. It will be be light black. Especially on light
color napkins such as white or ivory napkins**
Step 4 of 4:Double check all spelling and personalization before adding to cart. We are not responsible for customer errors in spelling, color choice, or logo choice. Spend the extra minute to double check everything!
Production Time: 5-7 Business Days

We can only print regular English alphabet and numbers.
We are not able to do foreign
characters, symbols, or accents ^ ` ~ ( ) @ ; : * , etc.
