I recently had a very good customer service experience with one of your representatives. An item I needed was out of stock and he further researched it to learn that it is no longer going to be stocked. When he called to let me know that, I was disappointed because I really needed it. He promised to try to locate some, and he did ! He called to let me know he found the 5/8" white sheer ribbon I needed and it was the best customer experience I can recall in some time. I just wanted to make sure someone knows your company made a good decision to hire him; he represents you very well.

I wanted to take a quick moment to let you know how very helpful a Koyal employee was to me when an order I placed had some items that were unavailable. He noted that the shipment might not arrive in time for my event, and kindly arranged overnight shipping and conveniently allowed me to settle the additional cost incurred for the shipping over the phone with a credit card. I had an issue with my order and the problem turned out to have nothing to do with Koyal but with my freight forwarding company. However, the customer service I have received throughout the whole process from Koyal has been outstanding and I am so impressed with how it was handled.

I would like to mention your extremely professional customer service representative who has been more than helpful and tracked everything down that I was able to clarify everything for my freight forwarding company and eventually find my items. He was so patient and waited for all my correspondence with them - this eventually saved me unnecessary expenses.
In addition, while my order was being put together they realized that the system showed one item as available while it was not. Your customer service representative from the warehouse got in touch and gave me all the other alternatives for what I am looking for and for no extra expenses. He was very professional, helpful and accommodating.
