Hello! Just wanted to send an email about the great experience I had with this company. I had a package that was left on my doorstep that I really never received. I contacted you guys to see what you could do. I received 2 phone calls from you guys inquiring more information about my problem. Within a few days, I got another phone call saying that they would ship my order again at no additional cost to me. I recieved the new package within 2 days!!!! I am very pleased with you guys and will order from you again in the future!! Thank you.
So I actually didn't get this order because it was on back order, but I am still giving it a 5 star. Thats mainly because of the AMAZING customer service that I received. First off, I got an email from Koyal letting me know that my ribbon was on back order and to let them know if I wanted a refund. I didn't check my email for two days, so I didn't reply. I receive a phone call on day 2 from a live person who left me a message again letting me know that my ribbon was on back order and wanted to know what I wanted to do. I didn't have a chance to reply back, so they gave me a refund. I called them back the next day and left a message and they called me back the following day. This company is AMAZING when it comes to customer service. I was able to order a different kind of ribbon and it came on time.
