How do I check on the status of my order?

Easy! You can view the status of your order by logging into your account. This is the fastest and easiest method to get up to date details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with your order tracking number.  

What are my shipping options?

We offer a variety of shipping options and rates. Free shipping is available to all 48 continental U.S. States for orders that qualify.

Other shipping options include: Standard, 3-day, 2-day and Overnight services to locations within the contiguous United States.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations and U.S. territories, shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/AFO addresses.

How are shipping charges determined?

Your shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package, dimensions and its destination. Shipping methods and rates to your location are available upon checkout.

I placed an order, can it ship same day?

Yes! Should you need your order to ship same day, please contact us and we'd be more than happy to assist you. Same day shipping is not available for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  Same day orders need to be placed before 3 PM PST.
